Which delivery service is used ultimately depends on the final destination of your order. An email including the tracking number is sent after the order is processed.
If one or more items in your order are currently on backorder due to high demand, our manufacturer is working to produce them, and we're restocking as quickly as possible. Your order may take 1-2 weeks to process and ship. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

TAXES & DUTIES
Orders shipped from our Local warehouse are tax included. All standard shipping & back-orders orders & worldwide express shipping are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from outside of the EU, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Coda Jewelry does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and related information while placing the order. Coda Jewelry is not liable for any damages, theft, or result in lost packages due to wrong shipping information. We often try to ship fast, so please make sure that the delivery address is correct before placing the order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately (within 12 hours) via our contact form, and provide the order number, order date, first name, and product name. This way the order can be reviewed before it is shipped out. We cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address within 12 hours after placing the order.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Coda Jewelry will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, Coda Jewelry does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame. All orders are shipped with the standard uninsured shipping option. Full refunds of a lost package during transit is only possible if shipping insurance was purchased with the order.
